Server/Bartender Position Available In Burke, North Carolina

Server/Bartender Carolina Smoke 2 LLC 101 Steakhouse Road, Morganton, NC 28655 We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender/Server to provide an excellent guest experience. This is a dual role with some shifts being bartender shifts, some only server shifts and some requiring both roles. Compensation includes salary and tips Bartender responsibilities include: Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving drinks & food Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Requirements and skills Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate
