Towel City Tavern is a BBQ-inspired tavern and brewery located in the heart of Kannapolis, proudly serving craft beer, smoked meats, and genuine hospitality. We believe the bar is the heart of the house—where great drinks meet great people—and we’re looking for a bartender who brings energy, precision, and passion to every shift.

The ideal candidate is passionate about cocktails and craft beer, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to making each guest experience memorable. You’re someone who knows their spirits, communicates clearly, and keeps cool under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Open and close the bar following proper procedures Greet guests warmly and with hospitality Take and serve drink orders promptly and accurately Craft cocktails and serve beer, wine, and spirits with precision and care Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns professionally Process payments through POS system accurately Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders for smooth service Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience Solid knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with standard service etiquette and hospitality best practices Strong communication and multitasking skills Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
