Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area as well as other areas as needed
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
• Knowledge of different beverages and ability to recommend and serve a variety of beverages
• Ability to assist with banquet events and handle high-volume situations
• Proficiency in basic math for accurately calculating bills, making change, and managing cash transactions
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
• Understanding of retail math for inventory management and pricing calculations
• Experience in bartending, including knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishing
