As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and crafting delicious beverages. You will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked bar, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle cash register transactions, including processing payments and providing change. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere while providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Keep inventory of bar supplies, restocking as necessary to meet demand. Must Be 21 Skills Proficient in cash register operation and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Strong background in hospitality and customer service within the restaurant or food industry. Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food handling practices. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
