Bartender Twisted Pecan 712 South Madison Street, Whiteville, NC 28472 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that each guest receives an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their tastes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns or requests promptly. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in the food industry; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Familiarity with cash handling processes and point-of-sale systems such as Aloha POS. Understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
