In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of snacks and beverages. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will ensure that our customers have a delightful experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve snacks and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Fill out order tickets with accurate and current information for charging of accounts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area, and dining patio. Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations to enhance their experience through upselling techniques. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Ability to input and read information from a POS system to make sure orders are accurate and timely. Requirements Previous experience with customer service, and food service is a plus. Ability to read and write legibly and accurately to record and monitor orders and tickets. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Strong communication skills with patrons and members of staff. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
