As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar atea. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the food industry, including responsible alcohol service practices. Skills Proficiency in brewing techniques and knowledge of various types of beverages. Strong sales skills to promote drink specials and increase revenue. Familiarity with cash register operation and retail math for accurate transaction processing. Excellent math skills for measuring ingredients and managing transactions effectively. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
