The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your expertise in bartending techniques and knowledge of food safety will contribute to an enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, assisting in ordering as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and practices, including proper food handling techniques. Assist with banquet services as required, providing support during special events or large gatherings. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination of food orders. Skills Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for patrons. Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Ability to brew coffee or other beverages as needed for customers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
