Bartender/Server (part of Hilton) 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 2515 Meridian Parkway, Durham, NC 27713 Doubletree Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham on Meridian Parkway, is looking for a full-time self-motivated P. M. Bartender/Restaurant Server that enjoys meeting new people, has outstanding customer service skills and wants to be a part of a CAREing team. Candidates must be willing to work weekends.
Essential Functions:
Server Take and serve guest orders promptly in a friendly and efficient manner. Check food before serving making certain appearance, temperature and portions are correct. Be familiar with the menu to answer guest questions. Prepare the guest check accurately, process payment through P.O.S. system. Clear, clean and reset the dining room. Complete assigned side work.
Essential Functions:
Bartender Make and serve drinks following hotel protocol, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls. Perform all guest contact in a friendly and efficient manner. Responsible for set up and cleaning up, perform all side work duties. Know and comply with all state liquor laws. Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists. Ensure established pars are maintained
Job Requirements:
6 months previous bartending/casual dining experience required. Must be available to work weekends and holidays Must be able to communicate in English. Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling and kneeling while cleaning. Must be able to lift 25 – 50 lbs. Must be able to follow written and verbal directions.
