Great management team and a beautifully renovated work environment!!!!! Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a nightclub or fine dining setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and taking drink orders efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while preparing drinks and serving food items if applicable. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with local laws. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and menu changes. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub, restaurant, or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively. Excellent cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to beverage service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
