As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and process payments efficiently. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service for guests. Participate in special events or banquets as required. Skills Strong background in food service with experience in fine dining or nightclub environments preferred. Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Experience with banquet services is a plus. Ability to operate a cash register efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new drink recipes and techniques.
