This role requires a blend of creativity, hospitality, and attention to detail to ensure a memorable experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate service during busy periods, such as banquets or special events. Monitor guest behavior and adhere to responsible service practices to promote safety and compliance with local laws. Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service standards. Requirements Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests. A passion for hospitality and sales, with the ability to upsell menu items when appropriate. Knowledge of food service practices is a plus, enhancing overall guest experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business. Show up on time.
