The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Our emphasis is on Southeast Asian cuisine which is reflected on our beverage menu, utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients and themes tied to Asian culture. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines in food handling and preparation. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Participate in menu curation on a seasonal basis Requirements Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred, leadership experience is a plus. Knowledge of mixology techniques and fine dining service standards is a plus. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Basic understanding of retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions.
