Specialty Beverage Consultant Pryme 223 South Elm Street, Greensboro, NC 27401 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting cocktails and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating unique drink recipes, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Craft signature cocktails that reflect the establishment’s style and theme. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink choices. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations. Experience Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Familiarity with brewing techniques is beneficial but not required.
