Bartender/Server The Garden State Grill 410 Pine State Street, Lillington, NC 27546 About us The Garden State Grill is a rapidly growing Northern restaurant concept located in Lillington, NC. Our goal is to have every guest that comes in not only leave wanting to come back to try something else on the menu, but also shares how good it was with everyone they know. We are pationate about hospitality and serving our amazing food in a clean, fun, energized environment!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient bar operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the food industry and as a bartender is required
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
