Resort & SPA is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Seasonal Pool Bartender to serve guests at our scenic poolside bar at HighTide . This is the perfect role for someone who loves the outdoors, enjoys crafting drinks, and thrives in a vibrant hospitality setting. The right candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and exceptional service to every shift. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, following standard recipes and guest preferences Deliver outstanding customer service in a relaxed but professional poolside environment Keep the pool bar clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and POS transactions using Square Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs Ensure all health and safety standards are met, especially regarding alcohol service and poolside food safety Assist with special poolside events as needed Qualifications & Skills Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in resort, outdoor, or poolside settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation Familiarity with Square point-of-sale system Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service Must be 21 years of age or older Bring your bartending skills to one of the most unique resort destinations in Western North Carolina.
