As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders for banquets or catering events. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service excellence. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with an emphasis on fine dining or nightclub environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques is a plus. Experience in catering or banquet services is beneficial but not required. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
