The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for food service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and satisfied. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of service in our fine dining establishment while adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Assist with food preparation as needed during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
