Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and cleaning the bar area before and after shifts
• Help maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth operation
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Pay rate is $8/hour plus tips (works out to between $20-50/hour based on bar volume)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in barbacking or a related role is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
