General Manager Job Summary:
Rada is seeking a talented and personable bartender to join our upscale dining team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, delivering impeccable service, and creating a welcoming and sophisticated experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests at the bar with warmth and professionalism. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. Create specialty cocktails and make personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and glassware. Monitor guest behavior and consumption, following all responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Take and fulfill bar orders from servers and guests in a timely manner. Process payments accurately and provide accurate change or receipts. Restock bar inventory and assist with inventory counts as needed. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume setting preferred. Strong mixology skills and knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Professional appearance and attitude. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
