Full Job Description About Us:

We are a new seafood restaurant in Uptown Charlotte located in the epicenter. We are striving for a fine dining experience with food and interior design unlike any restaurant in Charlotte.

• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Upsell additional products when appropriate

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bartending required
• Previous experience in bartending in a Fine Dining establishment is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Understanding of restaurant, catering, or retail environments
• Proficiency in bartending techniques and drink recipes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
