The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of bartending experience. A great bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare alcohol and/or non-alcohol beverages for members and guests Interact with members, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess members’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay member focused and nurture an excellent member experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements:
Resume and proven working experience as a bartender – will train the right candidate Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer & Point of Sale efficiency Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Pine Island Country Club is a team driven environment.
