Bites Bartender, Job Summary:

We are excited to welcome an experienced and passionate Bartender to lead our team at our Runaway Whiskey & Wine | Streetcar Bar + Bites. As a Bartender at our establishment, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing excellent service to our patrons, and contributing to a vibrant bar atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Mixology:

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and creativity. Ensure the quality and consistency of each drink. 2.

Customer Service:

Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner. Take orders, offer recommendations, and provide an exceptional experience for all customers. 3.

Menu Knowledge:

Be knowledgeable about our drink menu and any special promotions, accurately describe and recommend beverages, and answer customer questions. 4.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Adhere to hygiene and safety standards to ensure the health and well-being of both customers and staff. 5.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and tracking usage. Alert management when supplies are low. 6.

Responsible Alcohol Service:

Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and adhere to all legal requirements and company policies regarding the sale and service of alcohol. 7.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with other bar staff, kitchen staff, and the management team to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the front of the house. 8.

Customer Feedback:

Listen to and address customer feedback, concerns, or complaints professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced bar or restaurant. Proficiency in mixology, cocktail preparation, and presentation. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong multitasking abilities. Knowledge of beverage trends and a willingness to learn and adapt. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and relevant laws and regulations. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
