The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale systems. Assist with banquet services or special events as required, ensuring all guests receive prompt attention. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or similar setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience using Toast POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
