The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Whether working in a lively nightclub or an upscale fine dining restaurant, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Assist in training new staff on bar procedures, including the use of POS systems. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and special promotions. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Hourly pay plus tips.
