Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Stay updated on current drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or similar environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the food industry. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor. A passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service is highly valued. Previous experience in fine dining or upscale establishments is a plus.
