Bartending Shifts:

Saturdays:

2:00 PM – 10:00

PM Sundays:

1:00 PM – 8:00

$10/hr With tips, bartenders typically average $20/hr or more

Event Commission:

Job Description:

We’re looking for an energetic and creative weekend bartender who’s passionate about both craft beer and event planning. This unique position isn’t just about pouring pints—it’s about building experiences. You’ll bartend on weekends and also lead the planning and execution of special events for our taproom and coffee shop. Think Farmers Markets, Chilli Cookoffs, yoga mornings, book clubs, and more—you’ll help bring the fun.

Primary Responsibilities:

Bartending Duties (Sat/Sun): Serve beer (no liquor/Mixed drinks) Keep the bar clean and inviting Engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere

Event Planning & Execution:

Plan and run weekly events Coordinate with food trucks, vendors, musicians, etc. Promote events Set up and break down event space Act as lead contact during events Update weekly newsletter

Qualifications:

Must be 21+ Bartending experience preferred but not required Must be available Saturdays and Sundays Strong organization and communication skills Creative and self-motivated Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Docs, etc. Able to lift up to 30 lbs Social media, photography, or graphic design skills

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
