Lead Bartender/Server Hilltop Fish Fare & Steakhouse 1602 East Roosevelt Boulevard, Monroe, NC 28112 Looking for an experienced bartender that has a passion for craft cocktails and food pairings. We are a high volume established restaurant of 32 years with loyal customers. Steak and seafood knowledge is a plus. Bartenders are required to cross train with serving first to gain full knowledge our menu before being trained behind our bar. Weekend availability (Friday & Saturday) is required.
