La Cucina at Smoky Hollow is a vibrant, creative space where Italian-inspired cuisine meets exceptional hospitality. We’re passionate about great food, craft cocktails, and creating memorable experiences for every guest. Now, we’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team and bring their own flair to our bar program.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with at least 6 months of bartending experience , a strong sense of hospitality, and a desire to contribute creatively to our rotating specials menu . If you’re someone who enjoys putting your personal twist on classic recipes and thrives in a clean, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Craft high-quality cocktails and beverages with speed and consistency Deliver friendly, attentive, and personalized service Maintain a clean and organized bar area Be knowledgeable about both our drink and food menus Assist with inventory management and stock rotation (a plus!) Read, follow, and improvise upon drink recipes with confidence Adhere to all safety and alcohol service regulations
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Creativity and enthusiasm for mixology and hospitality Familiarity with bar inventory systems is a plus Why Join Us?
