We are seeking passionate, driven Bartenders to join our Hideout in Wake Forest, NC — a space that blends award-winning beer, micro-distilled spirits, and unforgettable hospitality. Responsibilities Deliver a warm, energetic, and authentic customer experience that reflects the Outlaw brand. Mix and serve craft cocktails, pour beers, and suggest wine and spirit options with confidence and accuracy. Be the face of Lonerider at the bar — a storyteller, a guide, and a trusted host. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring all prep and closing duties are completed. Execute to-go beverage and retail programs including cocktails-to-go, bottles, and cans. Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using our Toast POS system. Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and monitor guest intoxication levels. Collaborate with team members for event setup, Lonerider After Dark promotions, and private parties. Stay current on menu changes, seasonal specials, and featured beer/spirits — and upsell accordingly. Be flexible to jump in on events, brainstorms, and even the occasional dance party. Skills 1+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment preferred. We are open to teaching as well, but prefer if you have experience. Passion for craft beer, spirits, and customer interaction. Working knowledge of bar operations and cocktail technique — bonus if you know Lonerider’s spirits. Ability to remain calm and cool under pressure — you’ll be the eye of the storm on busy nights. Excellent memory, multitasking, and attention to detail — we take pride in every pour. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems is a plus. Team player, self-starter, and Outlaw at heart. Must be 21+ and able to lift 30 lbs.
