• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in bartending, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in handling transactions and food service.

• Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for service
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bartending or related roles
• Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically SpotOn POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons
• Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
• Familiarity with food handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience in banquet or event bartending is desirable
