Bartender Giorgio Pizza Bar 141 Park At North Hills Street, Raleigh, NC 27609 Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Stay informed about new drink trends and menu items to enhance guest experience. Skills Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods. Understanding of food handling safety practices in accordance with health regulations. A background in hospitality or food service is required, demonstrating an understanding of the industry. Previous bartending experience is required, showcasing proficiency in drink preparation and customer interaction. Wine knowledge is preferred due to the wine-heavy nature of our restaurant.
