The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock. Uphold the establishment’s standards for hospitality and create a welcoming environment for all guests. Skills Proficient in cash register operations and POS systems. Strong background in hospitality and customer service within the restaurant or food industry. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
