The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service to guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to engage with customers and create memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments. Assist with banquet and catering events as needed, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders when necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food service operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Experience in catering or banquet service is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential.
