Moon Room – Cocktail Server/Barback Moon Room Raleigh, NC 27603 Moon Room is Madre’s sister bar, focused on draft cocktails, craft drinks, and Jazz. We offer a diverse beverage program with a taste for every pallette. Moon Room seeks to create a welcoming atmosphere for those that like to vibe easy on the weekend and enjoy live Jazz. We are currently looking for a Cocktail Server/Barback in a dual role.
Responsibilities include:
Taking orders/Serving guests on the floor Pouring draft cocktails Keeping the floor clean of used glassware Keeping the bar stocked i.
e:
clean glassware, liqour bottles, wine bottles, ice and canned goods in the fridge Maintaining general cleanliness of the space An ideal candidate has: A strong sense of hospitality An ability to prioritize & multitask in a fast-paced bar Previous service experience Previous experience with POS systems This position is currently part-time on Friday/Saturday nights, though this is open to expand with growing business.
