Barback Position Available In Wilson, North Carolina

Barback Ruckus & Redemption 220 Barnes Street South, Wilson, NC 27893 Ruckus & Redemption is a craft cocktail bar located in Wilson, NC. We’re known for inventive drinks, a welcoming atmosphere, and a tight-knit team that works hard and has fun doing it. We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working barback to support our bartenders and keep the energy flowing behind the bar.

Schedule:

We are open Tuesday through Sunday. Barback shifts are scheduled evenings Tuesday through Saturday , and a morning shift on Sundays . While the schedule is currently flexible, we’re working toward creating a more consistent weekly structure.

Responsibilities:

Restock spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area Assist with glassware, trash removal, and bar prep tasks Handle kegs, deliveries, and storage organization Work closely with bartenders to keep service smooth and efficient Occasionally assist with light guest-facing tasks (like water service)

Requirements:

Must be 18 years old; 21 years or older is preferred Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly in a fast-paced space Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player Available for evening and weekend shifts Previous bar/restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
