The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing exceptional service to our patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware; assist in restocking as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for guests at the bar or during catering events. Stay updated on current drink trends and techniques to enhance the beverage menu. Requirements Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Knowledge of POS systems for processing orders and payments efficiently. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Familiarity with retail math for managing cash transactions accurately. Understanding of food handling practices to ensure safe beverage preparation. Experience with brewing techniques is a plus but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
