Bartender/Server 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Belmont, NH 03220 We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Server / Bartender. This dual-role position is responsible for bartending and serving food and beverages to guests on the gaming floor as well as in the dining room. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and state regulations. Take food and drink orders from guests both at the bar, on the gaming floor, and in the dining room. Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests. Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area. Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age. Handle cash and process payments accurately using the POS system. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to requests or concerns. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service. Adhere to all gaming and liquor service guidelines and policies.
