Bartender – Roof Top Bar Sap House Meadery Noco 2686 White Mountain Hwy, North Conway, NH 03860 Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to mix cocktails, handle cash transactions, and maintain cleanliness will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Reliability is a must. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations. Knowledge of Meads a plus, can be taught. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. Operate cash registers and Toast POS systems accurately for processing payments. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Uphold a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Experience Previous experience in a bartending role or related position within the hospitality or food industry is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards is essential. Familiarity with Toast POS systems or similar cash register systems is a plus. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a restaurant setting during evening hours, including weekends.
