While Bartenders should definitely possess a “team-player” mentality, those with the ability to seamlessly entertain their customers (i.e. stimulating conversation and excellent customer service), will be noticed and rewarded ten-fold. Additional qualifications for the Bartender position currently available include knowledge of applicable State laws and regulations, knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails, understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings, and impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness. Having an intuitive ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness is an added bonus. Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments is expected.
