The individual we are looking for needs to be motivated and dedicated to the care and wellbeing of the horses. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Feeding, grooming, and exercising horses.
• Operating equipment; i.e. tractor, weed whacker, mower, etc.
• Landscaping.
• Barn upkeep – mending fences, and a wide variety of maintenance items. The right candidate(s) must:
• Be willing to work 5 days w/one weekend day every week (generally 2 days off).
• Minimum 2 years horse care experience and preferably five years general horse experience.
• Able and willing to clean stalls/paddocks, work in all seasons and conditions.
• Must be able to lift or carry 50-100 lbs.
• Prior to starting work, you must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to live on site.

The person who is hired will have a 90-day performance review which will outline how the person is doing, as well as, setting future objectives and goals to meet.
