The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the industry, and menu changes. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred; fine dining or catering experience is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Proficient in cash handling procedures; familiarity with Aloha POS or similar cash register systems is advantageous.
