Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and catering services when necessary. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance issues promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred, particularly in nightclub or catering environments. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards is essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus for those interested in craft beverages.
