The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences in a fine dining environment. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our guests by crafting high-quality beverages and delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and well-stocked. Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health standards. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service. Skills Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is preferred. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary principles. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. Exceptional hospitality skills, with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
