We’re looking for a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a Bartender/Server. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for both crafting exceptional drinks and providing top-notch service to our patrons. Duties:
Greet guests warmly as they approach the bar or tables, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Mix and serve drinks according to customer preferences and our established recipes. Take food orders, deliver them accurately and promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction. Engage with patrons to recommend drinks and dishes, and address any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area. Monitor cleanliness throughout the establishment and promptly address any issues. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our POS system. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in bartending Minimum of 3 years of experience in serving Strong communication skills, with a focus on engaging with customers. Exceptional customer service abilities, with a knack for anticipating and meeting guest needs. Thorough knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and food items on the menu. Proficiency in multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POSi Touch systems is advantageous. Willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
