Bartender – Friday / Saturday / Sunday – Angelo’s Ristorante (Lyndhurst, NJ) Angelo’s Ristorante (Lyndhurst, NJ) 263 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 Experienced, professional bartender for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons through closing for long-established Italian restaurant in Lyndhurst, NJ. Shifts begin at 3 pm Friday and Saturday, and 1 pm Sunday to approximately 9 pm or 10 pm. Shifts typically are 6 to 7 hours, longer on special days. Responsibilities include preparing classic drinks for bar and dining room patrons, tracking bottle usage / inventory, re-stocking bar from supply room, registering sales with the POS, and keeping bar clean and tidy. Most of the service is for dining room patrons. You will also serve drinks to patrons who arrive early for their dining reservations and wait at the bar, and for patrons who order drinks at the bar while waiting for takeout orders. Compensation is $25 per hour, all of the tips paid to you directly, and tip-outs from dining room waitstaff.
