The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Mix ingredients to create classic cocktails and innovative drinks. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their satisfaction. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary. Assist in brewing coffee or other beverages as needed. Handle banquet services during events, ensuring timely service and coordination with event staff. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding the serving of alcohol. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and brewing methods. Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Strong sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
