As a Bartender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while crafting delicious beverages and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in bartending, along with your ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks, will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for guests at the bar. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service. Participate in promotional events or specials to enhance sales and customer engagement. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Familiarity with brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy periods while maintaining quality service. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must possess valid food handling certification as required by local regulations.
