Key Responsibilities:

Set up banquet spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware according to event specifications. Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally while maintaining high service standards. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience. Clear tables and assist with post-event breakdown and clean-up. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures. Work collaboratively with event coordinators, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth event execution.

Qualifications:

Experience in banquet serving, catering, or fine dining preferred but not required (we are willing to train the right candidates). Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
