As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Experience in various settings such as banquets, nightclubs, and fine dining establishments is highly valued. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Uphold food handling standards to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment. Skills Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry. Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in banquet service or nightclub settings is a plus. Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure safety standards are met.
